These Terms and Conditions also apply on ordering, purchase, fulfilment and delivery of products from www.its-labshop.com. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your Order. • All prices listed on our Website exclude Delivery Charges. Delivery Costs are shown separately in delivery information.

For the avoidance of doubt, we will not materially change the features and specifications of a Product once a Purchase Order has been accepted by Us and a Purchase Contract formed under clause 6.
• We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. • Products weights and dimensions that labelled in our Website are approximate.

• You may place an Order follow by the instructions on our Website. By placing an Order, you make offer to enter into an agreement to purchase the Product(s) the subject of your Order (Purchase Contract).
• ITS Labshop Malaysia is an online business and will primarily communicate with Customers via e-mail. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure the correct contact details are entered and that the nominated e-mail address is regularly checked for correspondence
• Orders will be deemed to have been received by ITS Labshop Malaysia at the time ITS Labshop Malaysia sends an Order confirmation to Your nominated e-mail address.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event of a cancelled Order by us, funds paid in relation to that Order will be refunded in full. You will be provided with e-mail confirmation of the cancellation and refund.
• We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
• ITS Labshop Malaysia does not accept any responsibility for Orders that are declined, delayed or not accepted due to disruptions with internet connections.
• ITS Labshop Malaysia shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under this Agreement if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ITS Labshop Malaysia (or its affiliates), and ITS Labshop Malaysia shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
• We may charge a redelivery fee if you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address for Your Order.

• Payment for Orders will be processed upon acknowledgement from us via email.
• You may provide your nominated credit card during the purchase process described on our Website or payment via online banking.
• ITS Labshop Malaysia requires upfront payment before placing orders upon our suppliers or dispatching goods.Items will not be ordered until receipt of payment has been received.
• Unless otherwise stated, all payments to be made through ITS Labshop shall be made using ipay88 (where you are the cardholder of that card, bank account holder) or as we may from time to time allow so and shall be made in accordance with such procedures as we may from time to time specify. You may also pay for your order via offline bank in to our bank account:

• If your nominated payment method triggers Our fraud prevention protocols, we may contact You to confirm additional details, or withdraw the transaction. In this case, until your Order has passed Our fraud prevention protocols Your Order will not be fulfilled. If you do not provide the requested information within up to 7 days, your Order will be cancelled and Your payment will be refunded back to the method in which you paid. These information requests are sent to help protect credit card holders from online fraud.

• Interscience Sdn Bhd will provide free installation and commissioning for products supplied by us within Peninsular Malaysia upon request (exclude places that need special transport example ferry or speed boat).
• Please mark a remark when check-out. We will contact you for installation arrangement. Kindly make sure the contact number is correct.
• There will be charges for installation and commissioning for East Malaysia. RM1,800/ day / trip will be charged for travelling cost.

• Please note that we have a 'No Refund, No Exchange and No Return Policy' for all products sold and supply in good conditions. We ensure that all our products are in quality checked before we despatch to you.
• We guarantee a replacement / exchange for all damaged, defective and incorrect items shipment. Buyer must notify us within 7 days upon received. We reserve the right not to entertain after above said period.
• Returned Products, under the Returns Policy must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, and must be in a re-saleable condition within FIVE (5) workings day
• It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely and at your cost. We take no responsibility for Products lost in transit.
• We will only refund in the form of credit note/voucher or ex-change with other products. Only applicable to ex-stock items upon order.
• We reserve the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund if replacement products are available within 2 weeks from the date of receive your return items.
• We reserve the rights for final decision making.

• Each Product sold on the Website is covered by a 12 months standard warranty from date of invoice from Interscience Sdn Bhd, Malaysia.
• Warranty is only applicable for manufacturing defects and not for consumable items.

• All Intellectual Property in any material on this website is the property of Interscience Sdn Bhd. Unless expressly authorised under these Terms and Conditions or otherwise, you may not reproduce, adapt, modify, display, perform or distribute any Material or any part of any Material.

• By placing your order or otherwise contacting ITS Labshop Malaysia, you agree that we may store, process and use data collected from your order for the purposes of processing your Order. You also agree that we may use such data, other than credit card details, in order to provide you with information from time to time on other ITS Labshop Products or Products that may be of interest to you. You may obtain a copy of the data held by us concerning you on request in writing. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee for processing such request. If any data held by us concerning you is incorrect, we will correct it on your written request. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

• Discount vouchers and promotion code have a validity of specified at the time of issue in writing.
• Discount vouchers and promotion code may be redeemed by entering the voucher code into the Discount Code field at checkout. Discount vouchers and promotion code will not be refunded.
• Online promotions, discounts and gift items are not exchangeable and non-refundable. Promotions are subjected to stock availability.

• Interscience Sdn Bhd reserves the right to make changes to the ITS Labshop Malaysia Website and these Terms and Conditions without notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any such changes will operate prospectively from the time that the revised Terms and Conditions are published on the website and will not impact any Purchase Contracts entered into prior to the date of the publication of the revised Terms and Conditions.
• The information contained in this website is for general information purposes only. The information is provided by Interscience Sdn Bhd and while we endeavour to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
• Through this website you are able to link to other websites which are not under the control of Interscience Sdn Bhd. We have no control over the nature, content and availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.
• If you do not agree to any of the terms, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using ITS Labshop Malaysia.

• A failure or delay by Interscience Sdn Bhd to exercise a power or right under these Terms and Conditions does not operate as a waiver of that power or right, and the exercise of a power or right by Interscience Sdn Bhd does not preclude its future ability to exercise that or any other power or right.
• We also take all due care in ensuring that our website is free of any virus, worm, Trojan horse and/or malware, however we are not responsible for any damage to your computer system which arises in connection with your use of our website or any linked website.
• We reserve the right to vary or cancel any promotion(s) and/or make changes and amendments to these Terms and Conditions on an ongoing, ad-hoc basis as needed and as legally/ethically required, and as at any other time it deems fit or necessary without prior notice.
