The LaboStar® PRO TWF systems produce ultrapure water straight from your drinking water supply. This equipment incorporates a pre-filtration unit and a reverse osmosis membrane. The pure water collects in an integrated tank and is finally circulated through the polishing module by a circulation pump. The user can extract either Type III water from the built-in 7 l storage tank or Type I water from the dispenser with a quality of 0.055 µS/cm, equivalent to 18.2 MΩ-cm, and TOC of between 1 and 10 ppb, depending on the system type. The RO water quality is displayed as well.

Due to wrong manipulations and accidents, air and media connectors can get loose from the vessel body. It doesn't mean that the vessel has to be discarded. There is an option to fix yourself the vessel for further use. The silicone glue SE-SIG is a good solution. This special silicone can join back the broken connector to conserve its original functionality. The SE-SIG can glue and fill the broken join made with factory glue, resulting in a strong join resistant to autoclave processes and bioreactor manipulations.

All calibration procedures assume that the labeled values of the calibration buffers are correct. But buffer values can change over time and so can your results. A complete range of patented buffer solutions provides pH stability up to 5 years, something never achieved before. The pH buffers 9.21 and 10.0 are even stable in air.
