AND SV/SV-A series measures viscosity by controlling the amplitude of the sensor plates immersed in a sample and measuring the electric current to drive the sensor plates. The series covers wide dynamic range, enables the measurement of viscosity changes in thixotropic processes during which a liquid turns into gel from sol (colloidal solution), or in the curing processes of resin, adhesive or paint, which cannot be continuously measured with a conventional rotational viscometer.
